2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Linkagg for personal or commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

• You may not modify or copy the materials
• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose without permission
• You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you share through our service. You agree not to post content that:

5. Payments and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

Linkagg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
