At Linkagg, we strive to provide excellent service and value to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services and products.

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of monthly subscriptions are not available unless required by law.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused months, minus any applicable processing fees.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service cancellation within the refund period (as specified in your subscription terms)
  • As required by applicable consumer protection laws

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-time purchases or add-ons that have been delivered or activated
  • Subscription fees for periods that have already been used
  • Third-party fees or charges (payment processing, currency conversion, etc.)
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

6. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 2 billing cycles.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

It's important to understand the difference:

Cancellation

Canceling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.

Refund

A refund returns money you've already paid. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy and are not guaranteed.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing issues.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
